  1. Role as a TPMO: Evyn Pollard is a licensed insurance broker operating as a Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO). We provide information about Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, Medicare Part D prescription drug plans, and Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) plans. We are contracted with multiple Medicare plan carriers to offer a range of plan options. 
  2. Compensation Disclosure: As a TPMO, Evyn Pollard receives compensation from the insurance carriers for enrolling individuals in Medicare plans. This compensation may vary based on the specific plan, carrier, and the nature of the services provided. However, this compensation does not influence the recommendations we make, and our primary goal is to help you find the Medicare plan that best fits your needs. 

Consumer Rights 

  1. No Obligation to Enroll: You are under no obligation to enroll in a plan discussed with Evyn Pollard. Our role is to provide information and help you understand your options. The final decision on whether to enroll and which plan to choose is entirely yours. 
  2. Non-Biased Information: We are committed to providing you with accurate and unbiased information about all Medicare plans available to you. We will present all options clearly, ensuring you have the information needed to make an informed decision. 

Privacy and Confidentiality 

  1. Use of Your Information: The personal information you provide to us, including your Protected Health Information (PHI), will be used solely for the purpose of helping you evaluate and enroll in Medicare plans. We will not sell or share your information with unauthorized third parties. 
  2. CMS Guidelines Compliance: We adhere strictly to CMS guidelines regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your information. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we take all necessary precautions to protect your data. 

Marketing Practices 

  1. Approved Marketing Materials: All marketing materials and communications provided by Evyn Pollard are CMS-approved and meet the required standards. We ensure that all information presented is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading. 
  2. Prohibition of Unsolicited Contact: We comply with CMS regulations prohibiting unsolicited contact, such as cold calling, door-to-door solicitation, or sending emails or text messages without your consent. Any communication you receive from us will be initiated by your request or in response to an inquiry you made. 
  3. Plan Availability: Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans are subject to availability and eligibility requirements. We will inform you if a plan is not available in your area or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria.

If you have any concerns or complaints about the services provided by Evyn Pollard, you have the right to file a complaint with us directly. We take all complaints seriously and will address them promptly in accordance with CMS guidelines.
